Kat Kirwan
With a degree in the culinary arts, Kat moved to Mercer to steward the land and work closely with farm fresh ingredients. She owns and operates the Sturdy Birch Rustic Resort located in Mercer where she hosts events and continues to work with the community.
Mandy Stetson
Mandy has been with 122 Corson since we opened in 2016. With Mandy’s can-do attitude and positive personality, she is loved by our regulars and admired by all.
Nathan VanSoest
If there is a beverage that you’ve only heard about, Nathan can create about anything with his vast knowledge and experience as a professional bar tender and server. Ask him about white-water rafting or virtually any out-door activity. He’s a pro!
